A workspace is a private lore server on its own subdomain. You pick the plan while creating it - this page is just the menu.

Disk is a hard cap. Each workspace stores its repositories on its own filesystem image sized exactly to the plan. Writes stop at the limit with "no space left on device"; deletes always work, and freed space comes back.
You can change plan later. More disk applies immediately. More memory or CPU takes effect on the next restart, which the platform performs for you - the workspace is briefly unreachable and returns on its own.
You are not locked in. lore is open source and your repositories are ordinary lore repositories - a clone is a complete copy.
